We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy, optimizing content, and ensuring our digital presence is maximized for organic traffic. This role requires a unique blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic content planning, and a strong passion for sports. Experience with sports betting content is a significant asset.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver an effective SEO strategy across sports, casino and betting content.
• Use keyword research, competitor analysis and audience insights to guide content planning.
• Partner with writers and editors to ensure all content follows SEO best practice.
• Optimise site structure, metadata, schema, and internal linking for stronger visibility.
• Track performance through GA, Search Console and SEO tools, turning insight into action.
• Drive technical SEO improvements including site speed, crawlability and structured data.
• Resolve technical SEO issues quickly and accurately.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and sports industry developments.
• Manage content publishing in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Support marketing operations, ensuring campaigns align with SEO goals.
• Identify new content growth opportunities such as evergreen pages and event‑led coverage.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance SEO workflows and content creation.
• Collaborate with social and digital teams for a joined‑up traffic strategy.

• Experience in SEO strategy, digital marketing, or content planning with a proven ability to drive organic growth.
• Deep knowledge of sports market in Brazil and Latin America, with expertise in sports betting being a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including crawlability, site structure, page speed optimization, and structured data.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs as well as Google Analytics
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in content planning and editorial strategy, ensuring alignment with search trends and user intent.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in sports journalism, content marketing, or digital media is highly desirable.
• Experience working in marketing operations, including campaign management, is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven insights for optimizing content strategy, automating repetitive tasks, and improving marketing efficiency.
• Professional level English skills required.
