As a Junior Lawyer within our Litigation legal team, you will focus on managing judicial and administrative proceedings and coordinating external law firms. You will support the definition of defence strategies and monitor litigation risks related to the fixed-odds lottery sector.

• Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting obligations.
• Support the management and supervision of external law firms, ensuring technical quality and strategic alignment.
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Assist in developing legal arguments and defense strategies for individual and collective actions.
• Contribute to litigation risk control and keep case management systems up to date. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with commercial partners, suppliers, and service providers

• Law degree with active Bar Association (OAB) membership
• Previous experience in civil, regulatory, or consumer litigation (internship or junior level)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Desirable experience with consumer law and business contracts
• English proficiency is mandatory
