Job Description

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will play a crucial role in executing the communication and promotions plan for Sports Interaction. The primary focus of this role is to drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation through the creation, segmentation, and execution of targeted campaigns, as well as reporting on our main KPIs.

Specialist Skills and Experience:

Execute Communication and Promotion Strategies: Implement the CRM marketing plan to effectively engage and retain our audience.

Create Campaigns Using Tools and Software: Utilize various tools and software to develop and deploy marketing campaigns.

Leverage Communication Tools for Targeted Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns and promotions via email, SMS, push notifications, etc.

Adhere to Communication Guidelines: Ensure all communications follow established guidelines and best practices across various email, SMS, push notifications, etc.

Monitor and Continuously Improve Campaign Performance: Focus on tracking campaign and promotion performance, and work with the CRM Intelligence Team to analyze data and gain insights for continuous improvement.

Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign performance and other assigned initiatives.

Collaborate with Creative Department: Work with the creative department to develop compelling campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of sports and sports betting 

  • Proficiency in CRM, including segmentation, best practices, and analysis 

  • Experience creating and managing promotions and communication campaigns tailored to player preferences and behaviors 

  • Expertise in campaign performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization based on insights 

  • Strong focus on enhancing customer experience and relationships 

  • Attention to detail to ensure defect-free execution and compliance with industry standards 

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaigns and customer interactions 

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Proficiency in advanced English; proficiency in Canadian French is an asset 

  • Optimove platform experience is an asset
