Job Description

As a Junior Product Designer in our Sports pillar, you'll help create seamless, engaging experiences for our Sports Betting customers. You’ll focus on key journeys such as Bet Discovery, Transactional processes, Post-Bet activities, Retail terminals, and Sports Trading tools. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you’ll tackle user-driven challenges and champion a customer-centric mindset to address our most critical needs.

This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver passionate about user experience and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support UX design within a collaborative team and work within the pillar's UX strategies.
  • Understand project expectations, deliverables, and work both independently and with teams as needed.
  • Contribute to user research and develop designs that align with brand standards and delight customers.
  • Apply player-centric design methodologies, utilizing insights to inform design choices.
  • Collaborate with developers and artists to ensure design consistency and integration.
  • Stay updated on UX trends and drive innovative design concepts.
  • Utilize design best practices, brand guidelines, and our design system framework.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
  • Proficient in Visual Design, Wireframing, and Accessibility principles.
  • Knowledge of Usability Testing methods and User Flows.
  • Experience with collaborative design and effective presentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with workshop coordination and heuristic evaluation methods.
