You will be at the front-line of our CILA Region Labels Sportsbooks leading a Team of CILA Risk Analysts (“Team”) to manage differing Customer behaviours, giving clear guidance on decision making and following process to deliver the best possible outcome for Entain. 

Using Your Goals to develop the Team to deliver our Sportsbook Metrics is crucial to the success of this role- you will lead by example showing your insight and understanding as you build the capabilities of the Team to deliver on key tasks, creating and documenting new processes as needed  

You will have a proven understanding of what makes Sportsbook Customers tick- able to tell the difference between recreational and sharp Customers- sharing your insight collaboratively with other Teams as well as your own 

Awareness and understanding of Regulatory conditions will be an important part of decisions making as we ensure all our actions are compliant 

Competitor Analysis is business critical; we need visibility of the products and incentives offered by our competitors to allow us to make informed decisions, you will play a key role in bringing this together
