Job Description
As a Trading Product Analyst you will be responsible for analysing product performance for all Entain brands, identifying key metrics, and providing insights to guide decision-making.
Reporting to the Trading Product Analyst Manager, you will be part of the Trading Performance team, who provide high-quality, actionable insights to various areas of the business, offering strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions.

What you will do
- Analyse product data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies with a strong emphasis on Trading metrics.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate product success.
- Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for products.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to measure product impact and optimize features.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and key metrics.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Analysts to ensure stakeholder requirements are correctly captured and measurement practices are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving product performance through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Ability to story tell and clearly articulate trends using data visualisation techniques to efficiently communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of accuracy and thoroughness in analysing data, ensuring insights are reliable and robust.
- Solid experience with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and identify key drivers and solutions.
- Deep understanding of the business context and the ability to align analytical findings with business objectives and goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex ideas.
- A self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives without needing extensive oversight.
