Job Description

As the X-Sell Proposition Manager for UK Gaming, you will be responsible for owning and executing the Gaming Proposition X-Sell strategy, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will deliver a unified X-Sell proposition across multiple touchpoints and product verticals to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will own the Gaming Proposition X-Sell promotional budget, with a focus on delivering campaigns that achieve both volume & value targets. You will create detailed performance analysis and provide and implement recommendations to deliver set X-Sell targets across the UK market. 

You will also play a key role in the Gaming Proposition management team, driving a high-performance culture and driving stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.

What You Will Do

  • Create & implement a Gaming X-Sell Strategy
  • Represent the Gaming Proposition team in Sports planning & trading meetings
  • Collaborate & influence internal stakeholders including Sports Proposition, CRM & Brand Marketing to deliver on the Gaming X-Sell Proposition Strategy
  • Lead the execution of the monthly X-Sell proposition calendar and oversee campaign creation, including but not limited to the promotional mechanics, pay structures and engaging with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan and sign-off on Proposition campaigns and product launches
  • Conduct weekly & quarterly analysis of promotional engagement, bonus investment, and ROI
  • Own and deliver key initiatives to drive weekly X-Sell performance on the back of opportunities identified through detailed performance analysis
  • Lead market and competitor analysis with a focus on promotional and retention activity
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
  • Drive a high-performance culture to shape our proposition and provide outstanding development support to the team

Qualifications

  • Sports knowledge / experience is essential. Gaming knowledge / experience would be advantageous.
  • Ideally you will have igaming experience. 
  • Experience planning and delivering promotional campaigns
  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good experience with retention and customer experience tactics
  • Experience working effectively as an individual and as part of a larger team
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills
  • Exemplary written and spoken English
  • Confident in analytical storytelling and reporting
