Job Description
The primary function of this role is to provide administration/ facilitation services for the Member Solutions Department as a whole entity?supports by performing and facilitating all administration duties. These include services such as performing administrative duties and interacting with any one of the following teams within the Member Solutions Department; Repossessions, Collections, Mortgage Solutions, charge off, Bankruptcy, and Deceased Probate for their respective business unit to follow up/address tasks given, provide documentation, and required reporting; identifying and clarifying documented procedures for their respective business unit, and generally ensuring the smooth performance of each team by completing assigned tasks. Technology access will vary depending on the team's access, response, and exposure to processes.
Essential Functions
- May assist in a wide variety of functional administrative tasks related to the assigned team within the Member Solutions Department (Repossessions, Collections, Mortgage Solutions, charge off, Bankruptcy, Deceased Probate) or provide backup to other teams in the department assigned by their supervisor or manager. This would include, but not limited to, duties such as: Providing administrative support for specific initiatives. Documents and makes changes to procedures that will be incorporated in the Support Handbook. Responsible for performing daily administrative roles assigned by the different teams within Member Solutions. May generate correspondence/ make outgoing calls as directed.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
- 1+ years' financial industry Experience (preferred)
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- PC skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn and use the credit union's equipment and software programs including Symitar and Akcelerant.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
- Ability to become familiar with the collection policies and procedures.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $18 to $21 per Hour (S10)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
