Job Description
As the System Admin on the infrastructure support team, you are an experienced IT infrastructure professional, implementing most standard procedures independently. This includes daily monitoring of the production environment, timely communication of issues to employees and IT management, and analysis of problems or malfunctions to ensure timely resolution. Jobs in this family perform proactive and preventative tasks. Such as analytics monitoring, capacity management, patching systems, and replacement end of life equipment.
Essential Functions
- Infrastructure Support: Provides 7 x 24 IT infrastructure support as part of the regular on-call rotation.
- Troubleshooting: May provide technical leadership and guidance to more junior team members. Performs troubleshooting and resolution on systems.
- Maintenance: Repairs, upgrades, and provides preventative maintenance on nearly all technologies in the production environment. Proactively monitors all platforms, ensuring uptime, performance, and service levels are always maintained for all production systems.
- Process Improvement: Assists in Creating new processes for better support and training. Creating new automation to reduce human error. Innovate on technology.
- Testing: Participates in Business continuity testing and execution.
- Incident Support: Supports the incident management processes. Able to monitor ticket queues and resolve production performance, server, and application related issues to ensure the restoration of the environment.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical field of study.
- 1+ years' combined experience related to systems administration.
Minimum Formal Qualifications for Sr. Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical field of study.
- 3+ years' combined experience related to systems administration.
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with specific ability to translate detailed technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in regulations and best practices for technical deployments in a financial industry.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced experience and knowledge in systems, security, systems administration, Disaster Recovery, and/or server management.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems/data security as it relates to financial institutions or other industries that must comply with federal regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Certifications Required:
- MCSE, MCSA, VMware VCP, CCNA, or certifications awarded on installed application preferred

Additional Information
The pay range for the regular level is: $70,824 to $92,950 per Year (I14)
The pay range for the Sr. level is: $82,908 to $108,804 per Year (I15)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
