Job Description
The Business Credit Card Product and Portfolio Manager II is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of Ent's business credit card products and portfolio. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet member needs and business goals. The Product Manager II will collaborate with various teams, including business banking, marketing, compliance, and external partners, to drive innovation and deliver industry-leading business credit card products and experiences.
Essential Functions
- Product Strategy and Optimization: Manage Business Credit Card Portfolio: Define and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog for the Credit Union's business credit card portfolio, ensuring alignment with member needs and business goals. Oversee Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire product development process from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze the competitive landscape and market trends, and gather insights to inform product decisions and strategies. Lead Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, including ideation, development, launch, evaluation, and iteration, while managing and optimizing card benefits. Develop and Execute Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of product strategies to enhance the digital experience, translating complex business strategies into actionable product plans. Monitor and Improve Performance: Define KPIs, analyze product metrics, and use member insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize the product roadmap based on feedback and performance data.
- Portfolio Management and Metrics Analysis Manage Engagement Strategy: Implement and oversee strategies to enhance early-month and member engagement activities. Develop Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive strategies for the credit card product line. Improve Member Experience: Identify and recommend improvements for member experience and operational efficiencies. Review Performance: Conduct performance reviews to drive spending, engagement, and growth. Manage P&L: Oversee financial performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. Reporting and Analytics: Provide reporting on performance, develop dashboards with the BI team, and analyze data to track KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Acquisition Strategies: Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with IT, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk management to ensure successful product launches. Enhance Digital Experience: Work with digital product, IT, and other stakeholders to improve the business credit card experience. Execute Growth Strategies: Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Risk teams to drive member growth and address challenges. Optimize Partnerships: Manage external partnerships, such as with Visa & Valera, to improve efficiency and value. Drive Campaigns: Oversee high-impact, omni-channel campaigns with Marketing and Channel teams to boost acquisition. Develop Acquisition Strategies: Create and align acquisition strategies, set targets, and support with data and dashboards.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for the level II Position
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of business banking experience.
- 4+ years of financial product management experience
- 2+ years of data analytics and governance experience.
- 2+ years of credit card product management experience Pref
Minimum Formal Qualifications for the level III Position
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of business banking experience.
- 5+ years of financial product management experience
- 3+ years of data analytics and governance experience.
- 2+ years of credit card product management experience Pref
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience owning and managing a credit card P&L, including analytics skills.

Additional Information
The pay range for the level II position is: $90,126 to $118,285 per Year (S17)
The pay range for the level III position is: $106,475 to $139,755 per Year (S18)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
