💼 Sales Development Representative (SDR)– 100% Remote

📍 Location: Montreal, QC (Remote – must be based in Quebec)
🕓 Job Type: Full-time, permanent
💬 Languages: English required French is a plus 

 

🎯 Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with our prospects.
Your mission: generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.

You will:

  • Identify and contact potential prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria
  • Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM

 

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B prospecting or sales (SaaS, tech, or professional services preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
  • Comfortable using sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
