About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Field Service Consultant to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, configure Salesforce Field Service, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce Field Service implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

  • Configure Salesforce Field Service solutions according to client requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field service processes and workflows.

  • Provide guidance and best practices for Field Service management.

  • Assist in user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Field Service.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Field Service Consultant or in a similar role.

  • Experience in at least one end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementation.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and Field Service modules.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Administrator certifications are a plus.
