🙋 What is the role?

As a Senior Consultant ERP (FinancialForce), your main responsibility will be to assist clients in the implementation and customization of our ERP solutions, ensuring that their unique business needs are met. This will involve close collaboration with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements, designing and delivering tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support and maintenance.

You will be accountable for understanding the clients' unique business processes and requirements. You will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, configure and customize solutions to meet clients' needs, provide continuous support and maintenance, optimize and improve our ERP solutions, stay current on the latest ERP enhancements and upgrades.

• Strong knowledge of FinancialForce
• Having a track record in a consultant environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing and distribution, or any related fields
