Job Description

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Responsible for coordination, communication, and execution of "New Employee Onboarding".
  • Administer FMLA and STD enrollment paperwork
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries regarding benefits, pay, payroll, PTO, policies etc.
  • Processes and records information in our HRIS system, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data; attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
  • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized people.
  • Coordinates annual "Company Party", "Employee Appreciation Lunches", and “Quarterly Communication Sessions”.
  • Manage worker’s compensation and unemployment programs, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all performance management related processes including bi-annual performance evaluations.
  • Participates in annual benefit renewals and open enrollment processes in coordination with corporate directives

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • College education, in a related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred but not required. 
  • Experience in an administrative internal customer-facing role required.
