Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Managing the existing customer base,
  • Locate and develop new customer accounts,
  • Look for opportunities to expand product and services offered in the assigned territory.  
  • Develop sales forecasts and plans
  • Act as liaison between customers and operations
  • Capture and analyze key market information

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting skills
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP system
  • Self-starter and results oriented
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in auto industry or appliance is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree engineering or maintenance
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with metal forming equipment with strong technical background in mechanical stamping and forging presses. Experience with other metal forming equipment i.e., upsetters, and hydraulic presses a plus
