Job Description

Shift: 1st (6am-4:30pm)

Candidate must have the ability to:

  • Learn and update electrical schematics to 2013 AutoCAD Electrical or Newer style for better Troubleshooting and moving toward a Bevcorp standardized drawing. 
  • Perform electrical component installation of rebuilt and new blenders. Working toward a complete wiring of a blender and checkout (testing).
  • Be able to work with other employees as a team to complete complex tasks in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily time sheet (log in and log out) of each job worked on and/ or completed to keep accurate job costs in line with project budget.
  • Learn and complete a PM of a Microblend with all associated adjustments.
  • Proficient in setting up customer PC’s for Ifix/ FactoryTalk , Windows & DOS blenders.
  • Perform Troubleshooting of Electrical controls associated with 3ph motors, instrument I/P’s, analog circuits.                             
  • Learn and become familiar with RSLogix 5000 & 500 ladder logics troubleshooting and programming.
  • Learn and perform air actuated valve rebuilds, PM valve rebuilds, Setup and calibration of Control valves, and Level transmitters.

What you must bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience Electrical Control schematic reading, creation, and troubleshooting from.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD usage to include, making changes, correction, and complete set of drawings.
  • Experience with Identifying electrical / mechanical parts; using hand tools and power tools.
  • Associates degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good general math skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to reconcile and check own work
