As an EIT Welder you will be expected to provide quality work using our core values of safety, urgency, teamwork, and positive attitude.

Abilities:

• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, engineering drawings, or other written instructions
• Interpret welding symbols to determine what type of weld a print calls for
• Work with typical shop equipment and power tools, operate overhead cranes and fork trucks
• Inspect welded joints, grooves, angles, gap allowances, and related aspects using micrometer, caliper, and other measuring instruments
• Stoop, bend, twist, and climb while working in confined areas
• Achieve time and quality standards
• Function independently within context of team’s daily priorities
• Work overtime and weekend as workload dictates
