Shift: 1st Shift (6:30am-5pm)

• Pack tooling for Field Service projects, including the paperwork related to the process (job box pick list) 
• Unpack and stock tolling being returned (by shipment or employee drop off) from Field Service projects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tool crib
• Test and repair tools when necessary
• Find and/or create Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation
• Return parts from incoming shipments or employee drop offs from job boxes to inventory
• Maintain stock levels of all tooling supplies
• Build and assist in building of crates when necessary 
• Communicate issues with stock, job boxes, RMAs, and/or equipment as required

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair, required
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to lift, move, carry, etc. up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform all job tasks safely while promoting the safety culture
