Enprotech Corporation and its subsidiaries is a team of passionate people, with can-do attitudes who act safely and with urgency and passion to provide high value and innovative solutions to our customers. Enprotech Corp operates three subsidiaries that manufacture, rebuild, and repair equipment for the metal forming, steel making, and beverage industries.  

This newly created position will manage, maintain, document, and support Epicor 10 system in a multi-country, multi-company, multi-site, and multi-currency environment.  Plants are located primarily in US-Midwest but also one plant on East Coast, and one in Mexico.

• Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain and support ERP installations at all our current locations and any future locations
• Provide instruction, assistance and support to Epicor system end-users
• Helps to develop timelines and project plans to drive the future integration of Epicor modules
• Ensure the on-time delivery of assigned project tasks and support tickets
• Testing of system modifications. Write procedure documents for newly installed modifications and operating procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, (Epicor 10)
• Excellent customer service experience
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends

• Quote to Cash Demonstration
• MRP and Global Scheduling
• CRM

EDUCATION

• APICS Certification preferred
• Associate Degree or above
