Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the right person or department.

• Arrange and record details of appointments.

• Answer inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and activities.

• Answer, connect, and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner.

• Receive and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and messages.

• Assist with handling and resolving simple client or public inquiries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Support with reservations and accommodation when needed.

• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, mail dispatch, and photocopying.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Administration, Communication, Languages, or similar field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• English at B1+ level (sufficient for daily communication).
