Job Description
The Quality Analyst plays a key role in overseeing and ensuring the technical quality of photovoltaic (PV) systems and heat pump installations. This position involves providing crucial feedback to technicians, monitoring adherence to established protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By conducting meticulous quality checks at various stages of the installation process, the Quality Analyst ensures that all work meets rigorous quality and performance benchmarks..
Responsibilities
- Remotely evaluate the technical quality of PV systems and heat pump installations using real-time protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and performance standards.
- Ensure all installations adhere to predefined criteria, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, installation, and maintenance, to optimize workflows and enhance overall quality.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality assessments, findings, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Basic computer skills with experience in engineering software and applications related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong passion for technical work, commitment to excellence, and openness to learning.
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
- Just graduated, Comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours: This is a second-shift position with working hours from 12:00 to 21:00.
Salary Expectations
- Gross Annual Salary: 770,000 All (Bruto Vjetore)
- Variable Annual Bonus: 100,000 All (Bruto Vjetore)
