Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Country Manager to lead Enpal’s entry and operations in the French market —a new and exciting venture for our company. As the key figure for this new venture, you will have end-to-end responsibility for building and scaling our business in France, ensuring that Enpal establishes itself as a market leader in renewable energy solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Enpal’s renewable energy solutions in France, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and goals. 

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing local team across functions, including sales, operations, and customer service, to support market growth. 

  • Act as the primary representative of Enpal in France, managing relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and key partners 

  • Plan, implement and scale organizational structure 

  • Take full ownership of the French market’s revenue and profitability, setting ambitious targets and ensuring financial sustainability 

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional and technical experience in developing and managing operations from scratch, ideally in the renewable energy or related sectors. 

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a track record of coordinating complex operations and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. 

  • Familiarity with the solar energy sector, including installation processes, equipment, regulations, and best practices, is highly preferred. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
