• Management and execution of various HR projects from planning to implementation
• Developing concepts for the implementation of projects
• Presenting progress and results to stakeholders
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient HR processes
• Analyzing HR data to continuously improve work processes

• Degree in HR, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in a project management role, ideally in HR
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HR software is an advantage
