• Being the trusted business advisor and playing an instrumental role in planning and implementing digital procurement solutions for all Enpal entities.
• Designing, owning, and enabling the smooth execution of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for all procurement of goods and services.
• Driving the implementation and mastery of new procurement applications to support efficient operations.
• Collaborating with finance departments and business owners to ensure the quality and compliance of purchase orders.
• Conducting data collection and spend analysis to enable data driven decision-making process.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, maintaining catalogs, pricing, and order-related matters.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and professional experience with demonstrated exceptional ability.
• Experience with eProcurement solutions (e.g., Onventis, Coupa or similar).
• Strong analytical and judgment skills, along with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Adaptable to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high demand for flexibility.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in German and English.
