Job Description

As a  Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) at Enpal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our B2B clients, with a focus on Solar Installers across Germany. Your responsibilities will include: 
 

  • Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to full implementation of our Fintech products. 

  • Customer Education and Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our solutions and can maximize their benefits. 

  • Long-Term Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. 

  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for clients to further leverage our products. 

  • Advocacy and Feedback: Act as a client advocate within Enpal, communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. 

  • Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic guidance to clients on utilizing our solutions to meet their business goals and contribute to the broader energy transition. 

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications: 

  • First experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, highly preferably in a B2B environment. 

  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients. 

  • Fluent in German and good English skills
