We are seeking a high volume recruiting coordinator based in Portugal, to assist us in organizing the recruiting process for Brazilian electricians and solar panel installers for their relocation to Germany and potentially Spain.

Coordinating our recruitment operations in Brazil

• Point of contact for Brazilian candidates
• Consolidating relevant documents for the German visa process
• Organizing language courses (German)
• Maintaining constant communication with our candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including organizing the relocation of candidates to Germany and Spain

Representing Enpal in Brazil

• Acting as a point of contact for our partners in Brazil, such as the Brazilian-German Chamber of Commerce
• Establishing new partnerships with relevant institutions
• Supporting our project to establish our own academy in Brazil

• Holds a university degree in business administration, business psychology, or related fields
• Experience in recruitment, preferably for blue-collar/construction positions
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Project management experience
• Methodical approach to work
• Demonstrate a strong desire to achieve professional growth, and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges
• Ability to structure projects from end to end
• Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proficient in recruiting tools such as Airtable
• Fluent in both English (C1 level) and Portuguese; knowledge in Spanish or German is a plus
• Start-Up experience is preferred
