Job Description

Perform all project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned.  Track and monitor project commitments, costs, and change requests received against the approved estimates. 

Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted cost projections. 

Enter project schedules into Microsoft Project, Primavera 6, or other scheduling system. 

Interface with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Project Management and other stakeholders to verify updates to schedule and cost related activities. 

Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with project control standards. 

Support documenting lessons learned and peer reviews. 

Assist with project management related tasks, including but not limited to: preparing communication updates for stakeholders, monitoring risks, assisting with project documents and workflow, performing site visits, and interfacing with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in construction, facilities, owner’s representative or other construction and design related industry.
Desired Qualifications:  Bachelors in construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering, or technical field.  Masters in construction management or construction engineering a plus.

Additional Information

Relocation to Akron, OH or greater Cleveland, OH area required.
