The Enlyft business is now gearing up for its next phase of accelerated growth through the expansion of its Sales Development team. 

Job Overview

At Enlyft a Sales Development Representative is an Account Executive in training. For a year, you’ll help Account Executives through cultivating prospect accounts, selling Enlyft’s solution benefits and through this, you will become proficient at identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. After about a year of ramping in the role, you will likely be uncovering, and fully qualifying high qualify prospects that you will collaborate with an Account Executive to close. Success in this role will generate a generous commission on the qualified opportunities you generate as well as those that close. Which means that if you work hard, you can out-earn your peers.

There is not a high degree of technical knowledge required for this position. And there is a clear path for career growth within Enlyft for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work toward both personal and companywide goals. To support you in your personal development, you will report to the head of sales, who has had a successful career in sales since leaving college and is a certified personal development coach. 

Responsibilities & experiences

Your first 3-6 months

  • Learn the Enlyft products and messaging.
  • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, Account Targeting, Social Selling, Web Conferencing, Call Guides, Pitch Deck & Demo.
  • Learn about the target market and the key buyer personas in B2B tech sales and marketing.
  • Build working relationships with the field account executives, marketing and customer success functions.
  • Consistently meet goals for account/buyer connections, pitch delivery and demos set up and delivered.

6-18 months

  • Continue to build on your core skills, product and industry knowledge.
  • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Sales capabilities to fully qualify the target accounts, the key potential buyers & their needs.
  • Work with your manager to set goals for yourself and deliver results that gain you consideration for promotion. 

Qualifications

 

  • We are looking for starting, restarting or early in career candidates who want to jump-start their career through enterprise inside sales and business development. Did you know that >25% of S&P 500 CEO’s come from sales and marketing backgrounds? Previous sales experiences of technology into the Sales or Marketing function won’t hurt, but it isn’t a requirement. You will receive great development support from the Enlyft team and your manager.
  • College degree
