Now, we are looking for an Account/Success Manager to cooperate with our vibrant multicultural team.

Location: 26a Khorenatsi Street. This is NOT a remote position.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Answer the phone in a professional and friendly manner, to direct calls and take messages efficiently.
• Respond to messages and comments on social media pages.
• Ensure clear communication and liaison with staff and trainers.
• Manage events, including venue bookings, invitations, printing, onboarding of new trainers, first-day classes, team-building events, etc.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized databases, presence sheets, reports, placement tests, and other relevant documentation.
• Meet and greet new students and staff members and provide the necessary information. 
• Perform marketing-related tasks on social media and website (optional). 
• Perform other tasks, as necessary.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales, support, account management or just a "hole in the nose" :)
• Be able to express their thoughts clearly in Armenian, Russian, and English,
• Degree in the field of management, linguistics, and other related fields.
• Emotional intelligence and ethical attitude towards work.
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Experience in using Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, etc.
• Passion for learning new things.
• Good taste in music (just in case).

Our ideal candidate should be able to:

• Send us a creative cover letter (up to 90 words).
• Attach their résumé in PDF format (NOT jpeg, doc. or txt) with their names.
• Send a link to a short casual video (even a selfie video) where you tell us about yourself (would be a big plus).
