English Rose Suites and b home Home Care is seeking a RN to be part of our Premier Residential Care and Home Care team by ensuring our residents and clients well-being through the delivery of high quality care.

Part-time:16 hours per week and occasional other hours providing on-site direct care/supervision plus one weekend per month on-call.

Qualifications:    
•    Current MN RN license
•    3-5 years experience working with residents with memory impairment
•    Experience working with MDH Comprehensive Home Care license in a residential care setting and/or home care preferred
•    Excellent assessment skills
•    Ability to transfer knowledge to Home Health Aides/CNAs
•    Strong team building and mentoring skills
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Ability to make independent decisions
•    Experience with aging in place philosophy of care
•    Experience with end-of-life process preferred
•    Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
