Job Description
We are currently looking for a B2C Account Manager with 4 to 5 years of professional experience ideally in the Tech industry and at least 1 year of experience managing a team. You will be trusted to manage a team of junior members of staff and ensure the implementation of the PR and communications programme run smoothly. Reporting into an Account Director or above, you will be expected to be the best support and leader for your team, while helping your clients reach their objectives.
Daily, you will put forward your consulting skills and advise on:
- the smartest strategy to implement
- the strongest messages to share
- the inevitable trends to investigate
- the best audiences to target
- the most relevant channels to convey the key messages
- the most efficient way to create, maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
Your interest in the consumer / lifestyle market, your strong knowledge of the consumer media, as well as your existing and ever developing journalists & influencers network, will be your strongest assets to be one of your clients’ most trusted advisor.
The core tasks you would be trusted with include:
- Team management & activity planning
- Client relationship management
- Media and/or influencer relation and pitching
- Tactical strategy on PR programmes and integrated comms
- Content creation (text), localisation, proofreading and distribution
- Event management
- Press and trends monitoring
- Budget tracking
- Reporting
- Support on new business activities (helping the agency win new clients)
Qualifications

- You have a solid experience in consumer / lifestyle PR but have also developed skills in other area like influencer marketing, digital/social media, etc
- You have already managed a team
- You are interested in Tech topics
- You have worked or want to work in an international environment.
You are very comfortable interacting in English at professional level (both written and spoken - C1 or above) and you have also the highest mastery of the German language (both written and spoken - C1 or above) - You are curious by nature, ask a lot of questions and like to stay connected to the news
- You have an eye for detail and people describe you as organized
- You enjoy working with a team
- You are proactive and ambitious
- You understand that treating people with respect at all times is mandatory
