With a hyper-growth strategy over the next few months, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our award-winning team. 

We’re looking for someone who can create the critical, scalable, operational foundations needed to support our hyper-growth. You’ll need to be a strong generalist, who has the smarts, willingness, and mindset to get the wheels turning to deliver operational excellence.

You’ll need to be fully conversant in all the moving parts that contribute to the success of a global e-commerce business, including shipping, logistics, analytics, inventory, order fulfilment and customer success.

Key deliverables:

• You’ll be the central cog when it comes to cross-functional collaboration. You’ll seek out and deliver operational improvements with a continuous improvement mindset
• Revising and introducing scalable operational processes and efficiencies
• Managing resources, supply chain, sourcing and ensuring the performance of third-party suppliers
• Establishing dashboards and embedding KPI’s to monitor and review multiple distribution funnels across our at-home e-com channels and B2B project installations, including inventory, inbound receiving, fulfilment, and project delivery
• Working closely with product, sales, marketing, and fulfilment teams to monitor stock and inventory and resource levels to ensure the smooth delivery of orders and installations
• Serve as the SME for inventory functions and supply chain systems and integration flows (ERP, warehouse management system etc)
• You’ll GSD, and you’ll ensure others do too!

• Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Business Analytics, Supply-Chain or something relevant but this isn’t essential as we care more about your work successes! 
• Demonstrable experience as an Operations Manager with deep knowledge and expertise in logistics, fulfilment, and supply chain 
• You’ll be confident in your ability to lead the business to its next stage of growth. Bonus points if you’ve been an Ops Manager in a fast-growing fit-tech start-up!
• You’ll treat the business growth as if its your own and think like an entrepreneur
• Savvy, cost-effective and driven by creating efficient, lean processes
• Exemplary attention to detail, even when working at pace!
• Adaptable, flexible and able to create order amongst unpredictability and ambiguity
• You’ll be ambitious to learn and grow with the organisation but similarly, able to make an impact on day 1
• You’ll be growth-oriented and a thoughtful leader who grows by helping other people set and achieve their goals.
