Job Description

Here at Energym, we're on a mission to revolutionise the fitness industry through our groundbreaking clean-tech products and we're on the lookout for a talented administrator (& expert juggler!) to lead the charge on all things administrative support for the senior team. 

What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • General Administration: Managing daily administrative tasks including filing, managing emails, and preparing reports.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organising appointments, meetings, and company events, and managing team calendars.
  • Procurement & Bookkeeping: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring that the orders are fulfilled as agreed, as well as supporting with financial administration & negotiation with supliers.
  • Project Administration: Providing administrative support for the range of projects we're working on, from installations to events, through to grant applications - you'll have your fingers in ALL the pies! 
  • HR Assistance: Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, producing contracts and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
  • Support to Departments: Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Solid administrative experience, with a knack for multitasking, project management and keeping the ship sailing smoothly
  • You'll be analytical, meticulous with exceptional attention to detail, but this doesn't slow you down!
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to create order, structure and process 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to enable you to seamlessly collaborate with our teams 
  • You'll thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and you'll easily navigate changes and challenges
  • Experience managing employee relations & HR processes
  • A proactive, intuitive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
