With a hyper-growth strategy over the next few months, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for experienced Project & Processes Manager to join our award-winning team. 

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in building efficient processes. You’ll need to be a strong generalist, who has the smarts, willingness, and mindset to get the wheels turning to deliver operational excellence.

You’ll need to be fully conversant in all the moving parts that contribute to the success of a global-reaching e-commerce and tech business from a Project Management perspective, including analytics, inventory, order fulfilment, customer success, analytics and commercial sales.

Key deliverables for this role:

• You’ll be the central cog when it comes to cross-functional collaboration. You’ll seek out and deliver process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset
• Revising and introducing scalable processes and efficiencies
• Establishing dashboards and embedding KPI’s to monitor and review multiple distribution funnels across our at-home e-com channels and B2B project installations, including inventory, inbound receiving, fulfilment, and project delivery
• Working closely with product, sales, marketing, and fulfilment teams to ensure the success of key projects and ensure all installations are delivered successfully 
• Project Managing the successful delivery of inventory functions, supply chain systems and integration flows (ERP, warehouse management system etc)
• Ensuring continuous improvement of our e-commerce fulfilment projects, ensuring seamless integration between online sales platforms and logistics processes, including order processing and shipping and improving customer satisfaction in our D2C channels
• You’ll GSD, and you’ll ensure others do too!
