Job Description

Here at Energym, we're on a mission to revolutionise the fitness industry through our groundbreaking clean-tech products and we're on the lookout for a talented Installation & Customer Service Lead to lead the charge on delivering powerful customer experiences and ensuring seamless installations of our clean-tech solutions.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • General Administration: Managing daily administrative tasks including filing,managing emails, and preparing reports.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organisinge appointments, meetings, and company events, and managing staff calendars.
  • Procurement & Bookkeeping: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring that the orders are fulfilled as agreed, as well as supporting with financial administration 
  • HR Assistance: Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
  • Support to Departments: Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; experience with office management and HR tasks preferred
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
