Job Description

Here at Energym, we're on a mission to revolutionise the fitness industry through our groundbreaking clean-tech products and we're on the lookout for a talented Installation & Customer Service Lead to lead the charge on delivering powerful customer experiences and ensuring seamless installations of our clean-tech solutions.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • Working closely with our installation and engineering partners to plan, coordinate and deliver a service that exceeds expectations
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all customer service and support activity
  • Supercharging our after-sales activity to ensure our customers feel supported and valued long after their purchase
  • Monitor and manage warranty provision to give our customers peace of mind
  • Implement and optimise processes to supercharge our operations
  • Own and deliver on the Service Level Agreements set for the customer service team
  • Reviewing service tickets & responding through live chat, phone, or email
  • Set up and maintain a returns portal with engaging content that fosters an easy return experience
  • Conduct comprehensive returns reviews through data analysis and reporting
  • Manage our spare parts procurement and inventory
  • Facilitate and where possible, complete fault analysis on our products
  • Provide operational support to our live events team.

Qualifications

  • You'll have a proven track record of delighting customers and providing outstanding support
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, empathise and provide rapid resolutions
  • Experienced in Hubspot, Shopify & Asana
  • We'd also love if you have technical experience within the fitness equipment industry
  • Strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently 
  • Data driven with the ability to analyse customer service data, installation metrics and other datapoints to enable you to identify trends, areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
