We don't really like the job title "Administrator", we don't think it accurately describes the fact that you'll be an essential cog in the Energym machine. You'll be supporting a team of award-winning professionals who are passionate about fitness and sustainability and driven to create fitter people and a healthier planet. Day-to-day, that means keeping everything (and everyone) within this machine running smoothly and proverbially well-oiled (to confirm, we mean the machine, not us). If you ask us, the title "Powerhouse" is more appropriate. 

As Finance & Procurement Administrator, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, from procurement to payroll, grant writing to bookkeeping, and everything in between. This is a high-pressure job, but you'll be working with a dynamic team of clean-energy geeks who love to GSD, in an awesome working environment, within a company that is seriously going places (did someone say opportunities for career growth?! Yes, we did.). 

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a whiz with numbers, a master of organisation, and a Harry/Hermione when it comes to multitasking. That magic also extends to your level of intuition - you'll know what needs doing before anyone, and by the time we realise? "Already done". You should also be able to crunch numbers faster than our flywheel turns (and that is FAST) and be able to support us to keep our financial ducks in a row.

Our ideal candidate will be a real force when it comes to grant submissions, too. Sourcing potential funding, working with our kick a** copywriter to write submissions and then using your methodical way of working to keep track of claims.
