Having received accelerated support from Gymshark, we’ve now launched our first product, The RE:GEN, across both the “at-home” and commercial markets. Job Description

This role isn’t just about selling (incredibly cool) bikes. We’ve built a whole eco-system of smart technology that supports our clients in supporting their teams wellbeing AND delivering on their race towards net-zero.

Working closely with our marketing team you’ll understand deeply who our customers are and to complement our online attraction strategy, you’ll be nurturing our incoming enquiries from gyms and corporates (there are a LOT of them), as well as taking a proactive, targeted approach to business development across our core markets. We’re all about a professional, credible, collaborative approach and building strong that ultimately, leads to you consistently over-achieving your sales targets.  

But it’s also so much more than that. You’ll continue to partner with your clients through the installation phase, after-sales and beyond, building long-term relationships that are built on trust in our technology and what we deliver.

Qualifications

  • Experienced (and hugely successful) Sales Executive/Manager or similar
  • Passionate about fitness and sustainability
  • Experience managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry (and all the key contacts within it!)
  • Strategic, a real self-starter, organised AND methodical. Salespeople are rarely all these things. We are looking for rare
  • You’ll need to be able to simply explain complex technical specifications on how our product works
  • You’ll be high-performing and ambitious with plenty of success generating revenue within high-value markets
  • You’ve impeccable communication skills
  • Engaging and able to build relationships with anyone
  • A deep understanding of how to utilise Marketing to drive Sales performance 
  • Target driven and proven experience in always exceeding expectations 
  • You’re someone who’s into the detail but also works at pace – we’re about to grow rapidly so this is super important 
  • While your role will largely be office based, you’ll need to be flexible to travel anywhere across the UK and internationally.
