What you'll be doing day-to-day as Brand Manager

  • Driving customer demand to achieve commercial objectives and meet sales performance targets across B2C and B2B. You'll be building and executing the strategy, development and implementation of marketing campaigns to build desire and consideration for Energym
  • Project managing all aspects of campaign development and execution - this includes kick-offs, creative development, stakeholder management, status meetings and performance optimisation
  • Identifying, designing and leading on campaign innovation, producing targeted content that is always ahead of the market 
  • Accelerating the growth of our social channels, working with our team of specialists to build content that speaks to our audience
  • Creating incred. content across a range of media, working with our team and external partners to build organic and paid media activity 
  • Building advocacy programmes to encouraging the lovers of our tech to share the love and drive our growth organically
  • Seeking out new influencers that would be a good fit for our brand
  • Collaborating with our commercial, e-commerce and product teams to ensure that our brand messaging is being delivered across every customer touchpoint 
  • Tracking campaign performance, social listening, social/influencer trends and competitor analysis
  • Managing the performance of our social KPIs and regularly feeding the marketing team with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Significant experience of developing and delivering brand and content led creative campaigns
  • Success in delivering brand plans, based on relevant consumer insight, market dynamics & detailed competitor understanding
  • An ability to create content and delivering high-performing activation plans with cut through creativity is a must!
  • Experience in paid media and how to deliver creative to deliver ROI
  • A pioneering mindset and foresight with your fingers well and truly on the pulse of how to build a global brand 
  • Solid multi-tasker and 'do-er' mindset who adapts to change well
  • You anticipate, you think and dream big and have weighty aspirations 
  • Self-driven, proactive and you thrive on exceptional performance 
  • You cut quickly through complexity, automate, innovate and think strategically and sustainability in all you do 
  • A self-motivated learner, showing self-awareness and
  • Relevant degree preferred, though not essential.
