There’s a real buzz about what we’re doing at Energym and we’ve already been working with some BIG brands. We’re now looking for someone to design, build and deliver our commercial sales strategy across the corporate, gym, hotel and leisure markets.
Having received accelerated support from Gymshark, our technology is set for imminent launch to both the domestic and commercial markets. You’ll bring with you plenty of relationships to leverage, meaning once you’ve researched and created our strategy, you’ll also have the ability to deliver some big successes, quickly!
What you'll be doing day-to-day our Business Development Manager (aka "Master Closer"):
- We've a LOT of enquiries coming in... As Master Closer, we don't need to tell you what you'll be doing with them!
- Researching the market and devising our commercial sales strategy
- Identifying target clients and building relationships that deliver conversions
- Building a solid sales pipeline across core segments
- Identifying new markets and potential revenue streams
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop material for target audiences
- Liaising with the technical team to manage supply and logistics
- Providing after-sales support, managing ongoing relationships and identifying account growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- The thought of designing and delivering a sales strategy within a new business is mega-exciting for you
- Strategic, a real self-starter, organised AND methodical. Salespeople are rarely all these things. We are looking for rare
- You’ll need to be able to simply explain complex technical specifications on how our product works
- You’ll be high-performing and ambitious with plenty of success generating revenue within high-value markets
- You’ve impeccable communication skills
- Engaging and able to build relationships with anyone
- A deep understanding of how to utilise Marketing to drive Sales performance
- Target driven and proven experience in always exceeding expectations
- It’s not important that you’ve led a team previously but you’ll have natural leadership abilities and the ability to map resource requirements and subsequently build and develop a successful team
- You’re someone who’s into the detail but also works at pace – we’re about to grow rapidly so this is super important
- While your role will largely be office based, you’ll need to be flexible to travel anywhere across the UK and internationally.
