Job Description

In the Assistant Ecommerce Account Manager position, you will assist our Account Managers through providing administrative support, report creation and maintenance, audit site listings, and effectively communicate to both internal and external teams. Previous experience in product merchandising, marketing, and online retail are a plus.  The Assistant Ecommerce Account Manager role is responsible for assisting Account Managers with assigned accounts and acts as the point person for all administrative aspects of the team.  Desired behavior traits include: attention to detail, multi-tasking master, highly organized, task oriented, results driven, and deadline sensitive.  Previous ecommerce and vendor relations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

    Excel (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge: Vlookup and Pivot Tables)
    Google Docs
    Excellent Grammar
    Retail Math background a plus
    Preliminary analytical experience a plus
    Interest in product merchandising a plus
    Desired Degree: Merchandising, Marketing or Business
    Experience: Entry Level (1-2 Years Relevant Experience is a plus)
Responsibilities
    Pull and Assemble Reporting
    Set up Analysis for Review
    Update and Maintain KPIs
    Review Events and Promotions
    Audit On-site Content
    Maintain Sponsored SKUs
    Submit Pricing Updates
    Communicate Across Teams in Person and via e-mail and phone.

High School Diploma required (College Degree Preferred)

Reliable transportation
