Are you a proactive problem solver with hands-on business improvement experience? Endeavour Group is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to join the Endeavour GO team.
Please note: This is NOT a technical or IT-focused role. We are looking for a business-focused practitioner who excels at driving practical, operational change on the ground.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead end-to-end business, operation, and process diagnostics across Endeavour Drinks. In this role, success is driven on the frontlines. You will work directly alongside our retail store teams, conducting observational studies, time-in-motion analyses, and interactive process mapping workshops right where the action happens. By immersing yourself in store operations, you will gain deep, practical insights into day-to-day workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and test new ideas through live work trials. You will act as a bridge between store operators and leadership, helping to simplify ways of working, drive productivity overlays, and build a culture of continuous improvement across our retail network
Candidates with a background in management consulting or retail operations consulting who are looking to apply their skills in-house are highly sought after.
