Are you a strategic property leader with a talent for high-stakes negotiation and portfolio optimisation?
At ALH, our hotels are more than just buildings; they are high-performing engines for growth. We are seeking a Head of Property (Hotels) to spearhead our strategic property plan, managing the full lifecycle of our hotel assets and the ability to influence stakeholders within a complex, multi-site matrix organisation to deliver strategic outcomes.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Hotel Property Plan. You will own the portfolio management process; from identifying and securing new acquisitions to divesting underperforming hotels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our major property owners.
- Ensure every major capital investment is protected by reviewing lease contracts before any renewal work is approved.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across a complex matrix organisation.
Qualifications

You are a seasoned property professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You possess a sharp blend of commercial acumen, analytical depth, and the interpersonal skills required to influence at the highest levels of the organisation. Your Experience Includes:
- Extensive experience in Acquisitions and divestment of Hotels
- Extensive understanding the Hotel market
- Experienced in managing change in a dynamic and complex environment with multiple business stakeholders
- Good understanding of due diligence procedures and regulatory requirements as part of a business acquisition
- Experienced senior leader, coach who enables team to deliver strategic initiatives
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in commercial and financial analytics
- Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skills and ability to achieve outcomes in a matrix organisation
