Job Description
The Organisation Design & Job Architecture Consultant supports the development and evolution of Endava's global job architecture and organisation design capability.
Working closely with business leaders, Total Rewards and HR, the role provides expert advice on organisation design, job architecture and role design, ensuring organisational structures are scalable, consistent and aligned to business strategy.
The role will also help modernise Endava's job architecture through technology and automation, supporting the development of self-service solutions that simplify job profiling, governance and organisational design.
Key Responsibilities
Organisation Design
- Support organisation design initiatives across the business.
- Advise leaders on organisational structures, role design and operating models.
- Apply organisation design principles to improve organisational effectiveness.
Job Architecture
- Maintain and develop Endava's global job architecture.
- Support the design and governance of job families, career pathways and role profiles.
- Provide guidance on job evaluation, role design and job levelling.
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure alignment with grading and reward frameworks.
Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of technology-enabled and self-service job architecture solutions.
- Work with HR Technology teams to improve processes through automation.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and continuously improve job architecture and organisation design processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with HR, business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on organisation design and job architecture.
- Support organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in organisation design, job architecture or organisation effectiveness.
- Knowledge of recognised job architecture methodologies (e.g. SFIA or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with HR systems and organisational data.
Desirable
- Experience supporting HR technology or automation projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar HR platforms.
- Consulting or organisational transformation experience.
