The Senior Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive demand and support revenue growth across diverse industries across EMEA. A fast-paced role, you will work closely with many business stakeholders such as Sales, Industry Advisors and the Partnerships team in a dynamic global marketing function. Together, we will take great pride in orchestrating engaging campaigns, ABM, and curated event experiences for our clients.

Job Description
The Head of Marketing – North America is responsible for leading Endava's regional marketing strategy and execution across the United States and Canada, driving brand awareness, market positioning, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. This leader serves as the strategic partner to business leadership in North America, balancing marketing investments with commercial priorities while ensuring consistency with Endava's global brand and go-to-market strategy.
The role requires strategic leadership, commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution and will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing regional marketing team. In partnership with regional leadership, you will build integrated marketing programs that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen Endava's market presence, and support partner and client relationships across priority industries and accounts.
As a marketing leader, you will play a key role in our high-performance global marketing leadership team, helping to drive best practice and AI innovation across campaigns and working practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy strong accountability and high performance. You will lead a team of regional marketeers directly supporting sales leaders across Financial Services and Commercial Services industries.
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own the North America field marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning priorities, investment and resources with Endava’s commercial objectives, growth plans and priority industries and accounts.
- Champion field marketing best practice, innovation and AI-enabled execution across the North American and global marketing communities.
- Lead a high performing field marketing team to engage C-Suite audiences across our clients and prospective client communities.
- Responsible for driving brand awareness, market positioning, pipeline generation and customer engagement across your region.
- Accountable for achieving global and regional influenced and originated pipeline targets, driving best practice for ultimate ROI for your Area.
- Key partner to all regional sales leaders across diverse industries in North America.
- Partner with the global marketing function to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital marketing, events, content, ABM, partner marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, market opportunities, and campaign priorities, partnering with the global marketing function to execute.
- Tailor global marketing initiatives to regional market needs where appropriate while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure field marketing activity is aligned to industry strategies, account plans, regional growth priorities and the needs of specific buying groups.
- Optimise all marketing activities and programs to ensure strong demand and pipeline generation and ROI industry benchmarks are achieved.
Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with regional Sales leaders, Client Partners and Industry leaders.
- Act as the primary marketing advisor for teams across North America, partnering with sales to drive conversion of MQLs into closed won business.
- Align marketing investments with commercial priorities and business development objectives.
- Support executive engagement programs and strategic client initiatives.
- Whilst accountable for North America marketing, you’ll enjoy being an active member of the global marketing community, provide expertise and input that shapes global campaigns and ABM initiatives.
- Serve as a key leader in the global marketing community, contributing to marketing best practice globally, such as AI-enabled execution, curating VIP client experiences etc.
Distinct accountabilities across North America will include:
- Campaign Management: Agree target accounts with sales and provide regional adaptations of the overarching global campaign – ensuring messaging/content is aligned to region and orchestrating the hand-off of leads to Sales to drive conversion.
- Business Development Resources/Agency: Working with our global marketing function, you will play a critical role in managing the hand-over of BANT-qualified verified leads to your Sales colleagues, supporting them on follow-up and reporting back to the team and agency on the lead quality to ensure maximum ROI.
- ABM: Joining forces with our global marketing team, as we scale our 1:1, 1: few, 1:many ABM model globally, you will play a critical role in account selection, ABM activation and personalised content.
- Events: Global, Regional Partner and Industry Events as Curated Experiences: Partner with the global marketing team to plan and deliver Endava’s presence at priority global events across North America. Lead the strategy and activation of regional, industry and partner events, ensuring clear objectives, targeted audiences, compelling content and strong follow-up. Plan and deliver executive roundtables, C-suite experiences and client events, often in collaboration with strategic technology partners. Work closely with Sales, Client Partners and the wider North American marketing team to create high-quality, personalised experiences that strengthen client relationships, support account growth and generate measurable pipeline.
- Own event performance measurement, including attendance, engagement, client and prospect participation, opportunities created, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
- Regional Communications, Client Stories and PR: Partnering with your Regional Communications Leader, you will play a key role in building and publishing a strong pipeline of client stories, thought leadership content and PR stories to drive increased market and brand awareness. In the region, you’ll help to facilitate client partner and client engagement, partnering with content writers and facilitating local filming.
- Client advocacy: As we build positive momentum of externally published client transformation stories, you will help drive integrated client advocacy initiatives, such as client hosted panels, speakers at industry events etc, all aimed to elevate the reputation of our clients and Endava second.
- Social: Work with our global social media team to drive best practice on local social channels and audience management, supporting the team with local content/stories and drive local amplification with regional sales.
- Performance Measurement: Track, analyse and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot. Monitor key performance indicators including: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Pipeline influenced, Pipeline generated, Opportunity conversion, Event ROI, Campaign engagement. As a team, you will produce regular reports and recommendations for optimisation in real time.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage field/area marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources, managing all spend responsibly. As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate external agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners. Leading with excellence, you will ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with procurement processes.
Qualifications
- *Must be located on the East Coast - EST
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
- Experience of successful marketing leadership within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions and stakeholders.
Educational Background
- Ideally educated to bachelor's degree level or holds a professional qualification.
Preferred Experience
- Experience and proven success with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience of leading within a global matrix organisation.
