Job Description

  • Collaborates with delivery teams to analyse current systems and processes, and designs a strategy for adopting agile culture and best practices.  

  • Designs and conducts workshops periodically to reaffirm and refresh the agile culture. 

  • Mentors and coaches scrum masters, product owners, and other delivery teams to enable the transition to Agile.  

  • Offers support, guidance, advice, and suggestions to help continual improvement activities. 

  • Contributes to identifying new areas of capability improvement within the organization, including enhancements to skills, technology, or processes.  

  • Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of improvement approaches and selects appropriate techniques.  

  • Carries out capability improvement assignments, such as maturity or performance assessments, identifies strengths and weaknesses, prioritizes opportunities, generates buy-in, and plans activities with measurable benefits. 

  • Reviews current working methodology and guides teams to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach for continuous improvement.  

  • Runs regular agile assessments and ensures coaching plans are in place to support maturity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the below skills, capabilities and attributes essential or preferred.  

Overall 10+ years of experience

  • Azure Dev Ops 

  • Jira 

  • Miro 

  • Agile Methodologies - Scrum/Kanban 

  • Awareness of Scaling 

  • Leading, educating, and coaching 

  • Efficiency improvement 

  • Documentation 

  • Lifecycle management 

  • Problem solving
