Job Description

The Revenue Operations Lead will serve as a strategic partner to Growth Leadership and the Head of Revenue Operations, helping drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM transformation, reporting, and cross-functional execution. This role will play a key part in modernizing how the business operates by improving process consistency, enabling data driven decision making, and helping scale a predictable revenue engine.

This individual will act as the operational “right hand” to Head of Revenue Operations translating strategy into execution and driving alignment across Sales, Client Partner, Finance, and Delivery teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of strategic Sales Operations and Revenue Operations initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving CRM, reporting, forecasting, commissions, and sales process improvements
  • Help establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm across pipeline reviews, forecast cadence, and business reviews
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams to define business requirements and reporting priorities
  • Support CRM transformation initiatives, including process redesign, field governance, and workflow improvements
  • Develop scalable operational processes that improve consistency and reduce manual work
  • Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Help drive change management and adoption across the sales organization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related business operations roles
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales process design
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales analytics

  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. 
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
