Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Upload, update, and administer learning content across LMS/LXP platforms (e.g. Cornerstone), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and correct metadata.
• Support Endava University maintenance activities, including learning record management and transcript centralisation.
• Perform high-volume data handling tasks, including retroactive data uploads and bulk updates using Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation).
• Use AI tools (e.g. GPT) to support data processing, content preparation, and operational efficiency.
• Schedule, run, and maintain standard and ad-hoc LMS reports; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to the Digital Learning inbox, providing first-line support.
• Provide basic LMS troubleshooting support and follow through on Cornerstone incident cases.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Digital Learning / Endava University team.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role.
• Hands-on experience or strong aptitude for working with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and working with large datasets.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support repetitive and data-heavy tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Clear written communication skills and customer-support mindset.

Nice to Have
• Exposure to digital learning, HR systems, or corporate training environments.
• Experience with reporting or ticketing systems.
