Job Description

  • Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium to high complexity applications.
  • Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
  • Recommend and promote engineering best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
  • Contribute to technical decision-making, including proposing and designing solutions autonomously.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality.
  • Identify risks, propose improvements, and proactively resolve development challenges.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous learning within the team.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-ready software solutions that address real business needs.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.

Backend (.NET)

  • Strong experience building scalable and maintainable backend services using C#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core
  • Solid experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and modern data access patterns
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Good understanding of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, clean architecture, layered architecture)
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization
  • Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Frontend (React)

  • Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
  • Experience building responsive, modern web applications using HTML5, CSS3
  • Understanding of component-driven architecture and state management
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (npm/yarn, bundlers, etc.)
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs

Engineering Practices & Tooling

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience improving system performance and scalability
  • Experience participating in architectural decisions
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker is a plus)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
