Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.  

As a Senior MAUI Developer at Endava you will develop innovative products and cloud solutions to tackle a wide variety of problems. You will act as a key contributor to system design and architecture to achieve high impact outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
• Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Recommends and promotes IT industry standards, tools, and practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products.
• Proposes improvements and escalates risks/issues related to development activities.
• Participates in the review of the work done by development team members.
• Learns and applies new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
• Participates in internal and external tech communities, events, etc.
• Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects.

• 5+ years of experience in mobile and cross-platform development, with strong hands-on experience in .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms with migration to MAUI);
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET fundamentals, OOP principles, design patterns, and clean architecture;
• Experience building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) using .NET MAUI;
• Solid knowledge of MVVM pattern and data binding in mobile applications;
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, JSON);
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and mobile backend integration;
• Experience with source code versioning systems (Git, Perforce, SVN);
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including local storage solutions (SQLite, secure storage);
• Experience publishing mobile applications to App Store and Google Play;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications;
• Understanding of application performance optimization, diagnostics, and debugging;
• Solid understanding of the complete product development lifecycle;
• Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and ability to work independently;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is considered a plus.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Blazor (Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server);
• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core;
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and backend integration patterns;
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps);
• Experience with hybrid applications (Blazor Hybrid / MAUI + Blazor).
